United #45 Cutting Oil

United #45 Cutting Oil is a dark, heavy-duty, active-sulfur cutting fluid for all types of relatively severe machining operations. The product contains both active and inactive sulfur, chlorine, and sulfurized fat for excellent cutting and machine performance.

• Contains a high level of extreme pressure additive
• Excellent anti-weld properties
• Contains high levels of lubricity and friction modifier additives
• Contains a high level of fatty oil to provide good surface finishes, even in severe operations
• Suitable for use in machining stainless steel
• May be used to fortify other cutting oils where a variety of work is to be done
• Suitable for metal drawing and stamping operations on a variety of difficult machine metals and alloys
• Contains active sulfur which can stain copper and its alloys (yellow metals)
